Through the LIBRARIES 2030 Project and Babel Cinema Network, Nexus explores new ways to preserve and reactivate cultural memory.
The initiative reimagines libraries and other public spaces as quiet, technology-enabled cultural environments where cinematic heritage, music, language and storytelling can be rediscovered through personalized digital experiences.

STEM City — An Open-Source Operating System for Experimental Cities
STEM City develops a simple, adaptable framework for emerging pop-up cities, experimental communities, collaborative networks and future jurisdictions.
The concept begins digitally rather than geographically:
People → Ideas → Project Cells → Capital → Experiments → Physical Places
Instead of building another centralized institution, STEM City proposes a Minimum Viable Legal Framework based on voluntary participation, open collaboration and simple rules that existing communities can adopt, adapt and improve.
Maximum Freedom. Minimum Rules.
Membership is contribution-based. Innovators can enter by bringing valuable ideas or expertise; investors and other participants can contribute capital, technology, infrastructure, time or access to physical places.
Project Cells form dynamically around ideas rather than permanent departments or hierarchies.
The underlying philosophy is simple:

Current assets include Eden Pacific, a 42-acre private property in Chiriquí, Panama, envisioned as a potential physical platform for scientific, technological, wellness and experimental-city development.
